    That is possible with a good track and a really good driver but I have read of stock Bullitt's running 13.5 at over 102mph. It really depends on the track conditions, because if you can launch hard, it will make all the difference.

    I would do accufab plenum and TB, off road x, timing adjuster, and lowering springs (damn 4X4's). Then gears and DR's. With those mods he should be able to hang with your car. By the way I have an a accufab plenum and 70mm TB for sale.
