    Spintech or Flowmaster

    I agree, all spintechs Ive heard (pro sportsman or whatever) sound really good. I'd choose it over FMs. I got 3 chambers FMs and it's still too loud. I like it more subtle. I love the sound of spintech. Oh yeah I have LTs and an o/r X so it my be loud with spintech too. I dunno.

    the stock speedo gear usually gets the "apple core effect" and get's stripped. And yeah lube da cable and make sure everything is good.

    and dont forget the carbed intake mani and a 600-650 carb. Use mechanical secondaries for manual trans and vacuum sec for auto. yeah and keep the EFI pump and just get a regulator to knock that PSI down.

    I think if you are planning on maybe an HCI combo or just cam and intake it would be a good idea to go longtube. BBK 1 5/8 primaries would be your best bet for tube diameter for the application and the price is awesome. They sell midpipes for like 169 w/o cats and 369 with cats. Crazy huh...

They don't really make sense to me. I can see if you have twin turbo, 4.10s and a 5spd tranny, but if you have a nice HCI stang 275s...

    And that tells ya that you arent really even burning it all. I have a motto with buying mustangs AND gas. STAY BETWEEN 87 and 93!!! j/k but yeah don't get race gas. If you have aftermarket heads they usually suggest high octance levels. What's the middle 91? 89?
