    Subframes Installed

    I got the subframes installed and the car feels very solid especially arounds turns and over bumps. Feels more solid like (dare I say) my dad's vette. How come Ford does not make the Mustang a uni-body? Is the 05 Stang a uni-body? A full frame makes sense to me.

    About 2 years ago I was in the same dilema, I got a 1998 GT 5speed with 39,000 miles for 9 Grand, threw in a set of 4.10s and I was good to go. Today I would get 99+ GT, if you like the early ones get a Cobra. Save out enough money for gears and a shifter.

    Steering Question

    When driving down the freeway I can turn my steeringwheel about an inch left/right before the wheel turns. It is very loose during that inch or so. Otherwise the steering is tight, it really bugs me!

    I wonder if 265 50 16 would fit and not rub, I do not care about the added height, I got 4.10s & a Speed-cal so I can adjust the speedo. I could probably use the extra inch :rlaugh:

    How hard is it to swap coil springs on a weekend? I have swapped rear ends hence rear springs when I had my 85, how hard are the front ones to swap? What special tools will I need?

    2V vs. 4V

    First of all I know the 4 cam engine makes more power but why? Seems all the extra valves and cams would slow the engine down, I trying to make sense of this?

    Speed-Cal

    After I got the 4.10s I ordered the white speedo-gear and its off about 10%. Before installing the speed-cal should I put the original yellow gear back in? It originally had 2.73 gears.
