    drop the axles and you can get it out, but for ease of your uninstallation and his installation i have to say cut it a little past the mufflers.

    well you are gonna have to retap the hole or work with some sort of threaded sleeve, work either way. the zip tie and loc tight shouldnt be anything perminant in any case.
