hey all

Im looking into getting a set of weld prostars for my rears for some slicks... how wide can i go? oh i am also getting mm lcas, so that might make a difference with the quad shocks. i was hoping on 12 inch wides, but i dunno lol, any way to get those under there? also, what backspacing works well with wider wheels?

I would go with the 15x10" Pro-stars.. 6-1/2 backspacing.

Right now I'm running a 15x8 rim with a 10.5 inch tire. They rub just a little bit. Don't let the size of rims and tire worry you though. I'm using Micky Thomson radials and was able to run a 1.7 60ft.
I'm running 3:73s and have 366rwhp and 386rwtq (last I dynoed)

haha yeah i thought anything more than like 10.5 would be overkill, but they are for the track only so i figured why the hell not. i have seen the 10s for a reasonible price, i will look into them, thanks.

I run MM LCA's with Pro Stars 15x10 with 6.5" BS and had to grind my caliper a tad with a spacer. I removed my quad shock since the upgraded LCA doesnt require it.
