can i remove the stock cat back in one piece? or i guess it would be 2 pieces. i would just cut it off but i have a guy thats gonna pay me $200 for the stocker and that will pay over half for my new setup.

You may have to cut it because it could be kinda hard to get the tailpipes over the axel to remove. But I think it can be done. It would only cost like 20 bucks to get it welded back up though.

And thats a damn good price to get rid of a stock catback.

BTW...helty has a mad nice bassani for sale if it didnt sell on ebay.

You can. But its not easy.
You'll have to disconnect shocks, quad shocks, remove the spring, may even have to remove LCA to drop axle enough, and remove exhaust from side. I understand $200 is tempting. but its gonna take some time to get it out. And I believe time is money

Sooooooooo I would talk to the guy and tell him that you'll take $150, and cut the pipe just after muffler. Leave enough so that you or he can weld it back up, or buy little exhaust pipe to connect it together afterwords. Remenber, its not easy to remove it in one big piece. But its going to be equally hard for him to install OEM cropper back in to car as 1 big piece, because he'll have to do same disassembly to get it in the car

See if you can get some lift time to make it easier on yourself.

Lift won't really make it easier. Save your back tho. Because OEM unit will have to come out of side. If you remove axle completely out of the car, it'll come straight down tho

well it sounds like the majority says cutting is the best way. i guess i could use a coupler and some clamps to put it together. i am just happy to be selling it. i found a guy with lots of money and a completely stock car that wants all my parts i take off. the next thing i'm selling him is mysportlines. i am looking to get some springs that will transfer weight better and still look low.

I pulled mine out in one piece without cutting. But I did it on a hoist and had a hand. Undid the shocks and quad shocks and that's all. One guy pushing the axle down while the other pulles the pipe out. It was actually pretty easy.
