    I'm upgrading the brakes so I pulled my calipers from all four corners and left the lines open. I wanted to do a complete flush of the system so draining the master cylinder didn't sound like a bad thing at the time. Well fast forward to today and although I'm still waiting for my new calipers...

    Some don't have the option or interest in running "off road" pipes on their cars. Like most mods, arguments can be made on both sides. I for one have done most of my mods to compliment a sc and the overall feel/sound of the car. I don't have any illusions that the catted mid offers big gains...

    Cleaned the engine bay today..

    Nice, it's always much easier if you stay on top on the engine bay and don't let it get out of hand. I believe that vent hose for the driver valve cover goes under the other hoses in front of the throttle body :shrug:

    I'm upgrading to cobra's up front and I'm going to sell me old calipers locally on kijiji. Problem is, I have no idea what used calipers are worth. I was thinking of asking $100 or is that too much?

    mrt h pipe question (04 owners help please)

    No experience with them but if the gasket is from Ford it will be fine. The H section will not require a clamp....the pipe is not sliced on the sides and it's pretty thick so I don't see a clamp doing much. Mine has never leaked.

    Are you seeing any small metal shavings in the rear? The center section and the tubes need to be cleaned extreamly well each time.

    ticking coming form....

    I was just like you, thought for sure the sound wasn't coming from the engine. I messed with the exhaust for a month on and off. I finally checked the plugs and it was a loose plug on the pass side. Take it from me, check your plugs if you haven't already, it won't take much time to rule it out.
