    rattle

    my e-brake release button rattles like hell, does anyone else have this problem or any ideas to how to fix it. it is really loud under accelaration. any thought or suggestions will be appreciated.

    i used a ratcheting wrench as well. i did not have to remove the console, everything went well. the steel bezel is a PIA but will come out with a finese. good luck man--you will love the shifter.

    get a compression check to help determine the stability of your engine, that should give a idea of the wear. i would say 100 shot, to be safer and be prepared to build in the near future. nitrous every weekend will get rough.

    you get bored with your stang, maybe you need a camaro so you can always have something to work on. i think 9" are plenty big for the rear and 8" for the front but i dont like scrubbing and refuse to hammer on anything. good luck with it though.

    what are your plans for the car? and if i might ask why stay with the 15" rims. if you want looks and performance go with a 17" wheel and 245/45/17 DRs and drop it a little. you get looks, traction, and some performance from the suspension change. that is just my opinion. someone else will...

    lower setting is much better. but i have a fox, may be a different feel. sorry had to jump in when i seen tri-ax. i love mine. some of the best money i have spent.

    damn is your code info correct. if so i just got surprised that my car has 273s instead of 308s that i (for some reason) assumed it did. my up coming 373s will be a major change.

    93 notch: rediculous wheel hop on launch and burnouts

    when i installed all my new parts (shocks, struts, springs, bushings) i left the quads out because someone told me they were not needed. i got bad wheel hop. put new ones on and cleared the problem (as well as can be expected with stock control arms.)

    my only thing is 93 did not come with forged pistons and would want them, since i have plans to spray or get blown later and feel that they would be in my best interest. i do think the most i personally would go is 306. the word "STROKER" just has that punch to it though.
