    Good Price?

    I have a motor that i will be pulling here pretty soon. I was told its a 306 when i bought the car, but im not for sure. the motor has around 110,000 miles on it, and the upper intake is cracked. what would be a good price to ask, i honestly have no clue? Thanks

    Do 2v 4.6's in the 96-98 have more HP potential than a 5.0?

    When i did the PI head swap in my old 98 i ended up with 280hp 307tq, the guy that did the tune said if i had long tubes i would have reached the 300 mark. I ended up spending around 3000 with the tune and upgrading the cams to comp 262's. Ill see if i can find my dyno chart

    wanting dumps

    I've had dumps on every one of my cars and thought it sounded good as long as you had the right exhaust setup. Im running 1 chamber flows, o/r h and bbk shorties right now and like the way it sounds, although i havent been able to drive it.

    About how much to the wheels?

    when i did the pi head swap i was a at 280hp 307tq to the wheels but i also did cams and had about every bolt on besides headers.

    This isn't the first car i have bought from him i bought the 98 from him too and everything turned out fine. I'll admit i made stupid mistakes when i bought this car, mistakes i'll never make again. Whatever happened to people being honest?

    PI Heads

    I did the pi head swap and put comp cams in my old 98, it was like a whole other car above 3000 rpm. It would spin the tires if i floored it in 3rd and i had 315s out back. with has much as i spent on the head swap i think i could've put a blower on it though. just my two cents Luke

    WHAT DO U THINK I'LL PUT DOWN??

    My old 98 put down 280 hp and 307 tq after tune.but i had cams, a 5spd, and a couple more mods than you. I would think with a tune you would be able to put down around 250-260 but thats just my uneducated guess.

    Just got back from the dyno. I ended up with 281 hp and 307 ft lbs. i am pretty happy considering whats done to it. I had one problem, and that was my ignition coils are going bad so anything above 6000 it would miss like crazy but we got that problem solved. a list of what is done 70 mm tb...

    Went to the track

    went to the track on friday, didn't take my car but i just went down there to watch. there was some good racing a bunch of cars broke when they lanched but the worst thing that happened all night was a brand new drag car still in primer, blower sticking like a foot out of the hood lost it down...
