Head question

[1995 5.0]

I was told that my car had GT40 heads when i bought them but i dont think that i do. Is there any way to tell?

See on the actual heads how they have those 4 vertical bars? If it has 4 its gt40p heads, if it has 3 its gt40, and if it has none your stock.

Where would those lines be exactly, because I want to look for them on mine, as I am curious as well?

right on the front of the head, facing the headlights!!

here you go, i labeled the lines, like I said if there is 4 its gt40p, 3 is gt40, and none is stock, theres other ways to see but its under the vavle coves and around the spark plug holes.

The lines are located on the front of the head on the passenger side and back of the head on the drivers side.
