    i think you answered you own ?. if you don whant a major project i'm not going to suggest a hp turbo kit. even thow i think it would realy wake up your stang. i would go the msd, injectors, maf, and tuning. tuning is a big deal. also subframe connectors helped a lot on my buddys 94 cobra.

    i think a lot of it depend on you budget. there's a lot of extra things your going to need if you whant a 351 based eng. some things swap over others don't and thats the problem. if cash is not a problem and it's more of a race car then a daily driver i say go 351
