    I checked the continuity of the wiring already.... no dice even tried wiggling the harness with it probed.

    Well I tried it on another car & it worked fine, plus it's new & my car will not start without holding the gas pedal down in the morning & now the TB is whistling (from previous experience I know this is b/c the IAC is not working.

    Sound pretty good to me, sound like with a bit of tuning/traction you should be able to crack off an 11. I have the same goals with my car right now as well....Did Jay Allen do your cam by chance? Or was it possibly Pony93?

    Well for some reason I had my old IAC valve go nut's on me & then it crapped out. So I put on a new valve & now this IAC doen't seems to be getting a signal from the EEC. Problems right now are typical of not having the IAC not working. Any reason why the EEC would not be controlling the IAC...

    What does the # matter if it's what you want? IE if your happy with it & it makes 290 instead of 300 does that automatically make the car a piece of Junk? No...just enjoy what you have, unless your looking for bragging rights...lol

    I say that 1 I would not take my car there other than to get my money back. Why in hell would any tuner "TUNE" a car with a "pretty big exhasut leak". Dude that right there is atleast 1/2 your problem.

    Well hell scat products are supposed to be pretty good parts, I wouldn't discount them on one bad one especially a chevy :D J/k lol Seriously though isn't that the requirement for an SFI spec piece? To make sure it all stays together even if it fails? have you heard any other feedback...

    Honestly, if I were you I'd go & pop them off the car & make them all match what's on there. Atleast that way you know your not guessing. Plus it minimizes the time out of doors. I got the same problem you do man... no garage. Sucks during the winter months.
