    Proper fuel upgrade for supercharger?

I have heard many diffent views towards fuel upgrades with a supercharger. My car has apprx. 290 rwhp and I am adding a M90 supercharger and planning on running it at 7-8 psi. I am estimating it to be around 375-400 rwhp. I have a 190 lph fuel pump but is it enough? What size injectors will...

    Way TOOO much timing???????

Ok I may have found the problem. When I opened the hood to set the timing (for the 100th time) I noticed one injector was unplugged. I plugged it in and the car suddenly came to life (major bonus). All this time I thought the loping was due to the cam and I actually had a mis-fire. I...

    Edelbrock 5.0 performer intake manifold

I just bought a brand new performer intake this winter and the baffle was not installed but it was supposed to be in the hardware bag. It was all new in the box but the baffle was missing. I called Edelbrock direct and they sent me a new one free of charge. I noticed the baffle from Edelbrock...

    Way TOOO much timing???????

It has a brand new Pioneer SFI balancer and I am 100% percent sure that my pointer is at TDC on number one. I used a dial indicator and adjusted my pointer to get it perfect. When the spout connector is removed the timing light shows a steady reading. When I have the spout connector installled...

    Way TOOO much timing???????

I just got my motor together and I ran the timing at 12 degrees with the spout removed. I noticed it seemed a little sluggish so I advanced it. I have been advancing it two degrees at a time and then test driving it to check for spark knock. The problem is I am at 32 degrees BTDC and still no...

    AFR heads ajust guide plates?

I went ahead and cut the gude plates in half with a dremel. I then adjusted them and tacked them in place with a mig welder. I then removed them and butt welded them back together. Problem solved.

    AFR heads ajust guide plates?

I wonder how critical this adjustment actually is? I was thinking about cutting the guide plates in halfs and tack welding them together. I did find some adjustable ones through Summit: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=ISK%2D200%2DAGP&autoview=sku

    AFR heads ajust guide plates?

I am in the process of adjusting my guide plates on my AFR 165 cc heads. They have 7/16 studs and I am using Scorpion 1.6 RRs. The part I am not sure about is does the pushrod run against the guide plate at all times? Or does it rotate back and forth from one side of the guide plate to the...

    31 vs 28 spline, do I really need 31?

I would go with an Eaton Posi over the Auburn. The Auburn uses cone clutches and is not rebuildable. The Eaton is very robust, uses woven carbon discs, 400lb spring pack, and has forged gears. It is also rebuildable. If you have the cash go with an eaton 31 spiline differential and 31 spline...

BEWARE: Pics of cheap bushings Granatelli

I bought a set of Granatelli LCA and the bushings are advertised as polyurethane. During the installation process one tore. It seemed to tear pretty easy. I called Granatelli and they wanted to charge me $20.00 for one bushing and $15.00 shipping. I thought this was pretty high. $35.00 for one...
