    that would cause the trans not to go grind going into first too? i keep forgetting stuff. dam it....its poping out of first gear sometimes. not sure if i didnt just not engage it enough but i think i am..     I have the same problem but mine doesnt grind in secound you have to be at a dead stop otherwise grindage. i was thinking it was the throw out bearing. not sure though

    oh ok it just keeps water out of the filter. so u gain like 2 or 3 hp removing it?silencer does that mean the motor will have more noise from it after removal.. sorry for all the dumb questions.

    I just bought my cobra and it has hotchkis upper ad lower control arms on it the ones with the grease fittings on them. any good? are the used for drag or or handling?I dont really know to much about mustang suspension but ive heard th stock units were junk.thanks guys

    I bought the 94 cobra with 28,000 miles on it . I love this thing!Im going to get my cert from svt soon. This thing sounds so much better than my old camaro in my opinion. I want the factory ford repair manual. were is the best and cheapest place to pick one up?
