    For a mild combo yes have them measure the springs to see if they will handle the cam, get the seat and open recommended info on specs from anderson, definitely have them replace the 10 degree 11/32 keepers and possibly the retainers if the new keepers fit them poorly.

    Lmr doesn't build heads such I suspect the valvetrain is all as shipped from china/ Steven sun... I don't trust China springs, retainers and especially there keepers, Steven doesn't manufacture springs or retainers/keepers, he's does aluminum castings and machine work...... the 10 degree keepers...

    This tells me he's on the right track, either the clutch which I doubt unless the pressure plates bent or some rivets are tore up, most should be noticable or its a binding issue with the T56 that was made worse when the the torque boxes where welded up and the driveshaft loop was installed...

    Buy a cheap China knock off power probe, something like a p100 top diag for around $30 is fine, this will let you supply power and test the motors/ actuators before wasting money on other things. All these parts are old as dirt now so many are locked up, have broken bushings like in the windows...

    There easy to find, its just people think there gold plated cores and hoard them/ buy up any reasonably priced ones to flip, these things are now over 33yrs old the life cycle of the capacitors is over. They all need service at this point.

    Neutral vibration my best guess would be the cross member just barely making contact with the chassis, carrying the harmonics right to the floor, mine you could kind of feel it coming from the tunnel/ floor area. The t56 is pretty damn tight in a fox tunnel so I would definitely check...
