    1998 V6 - What is this line called?

    This line runs from the driver side I guess header cover to my cold air intake. Can anyone help me figure out what line this is. Also, the AC doesn’t blow through the vents, but the blower works.     Odometer Help.

    I have a 98 Mustang and the odometer went out on it. i took it all apart and put the new gears in behind the clues and when the cluster is out the odometer spins when i do it manually. but once i put everything back into the car, it doesn't work. anyone know what the problem is?
