four eyed

So my 1984 5.0 didn’t pass emissions due to the EGR valve not opening or closing at all I’m looking for a diagram for the vacuum lines for it or any ideas of what’s going on?

I have a 1984 GT Turbo four eyed fox and I needed info on the turbo cooling because i need to replace some parts an Ill post a picture with this.
