tubing

So I am swapping in a F4TE block into a ‘91 fox. I’m keeping the smog pump but I’m not sure if the smog thermactor tubing will transfer from my 302. I want to know what did you guys do to make it work in order to do smog checks.

anybody know where to find this tubing? Both ends are cracked. Tubes are found underneath the upper intake
