351w swap with 302 parts

So I am swapping in a F4TE block into a ‘91 fox. I’m keeping the smog pump but I’m not sure if the smog thermactor tubing will transfer from my 302.

I want to know what did you guys do to make it work in order to do smog checks.

As long as you are not trying to extend a section which needs to be heat resistant, use heater hose. Do not use heater hose close to the cats..

I extended my EGR tubing using 1/2" copper sweat fittings commonly used for plumbing when I did the swap.

For the egr, did you weld the connection or did you put clamps

And I’m assuming clamps on the heater hose, behind the engine would work to extend the thermacotr tubing
