Well, the title says it all. My wipers were on the fritz for a while and I discovered that the switch had simply come loose. Good news, right? Meeeh!... They work now, but when I turn them off, they stop wherever they happen to be. Any ideas?
There is a cam switch in the wiper motor, it holds power on until the wipers hit the park position. Sounds to me like: 1. You don't have power feeding the cam switch, 2. The cam switch is staying open (stuck, broke, dirty contacts.), or 3. The switch on the washer pedal (applies to #1).
