Hey, anyone have the 0 to 60 numbers for the following kits for a 99-04 GT

KB 1.7L 6 PSI
KB 1.7L 9 PSI
KB 1.7L 14 PSI

Also let me know if your stang has any weight reduction or if you're running stock weight...just asking since I'm daydreaming of one day putting one of those on and doing some suspension upgrades and then embarrasing (or at least surprise) some Ferrari and Porsche owners over in Beverly Hills

I think you will see your best improvements there with gears, tires and suspension.

Gears multiply applied torque at the wheels.

Sticky tires to increase grip under the increased torque.

And suspension to squat the weight down where it is needed most (the rear wheels) while preventing wheel hop.

You can bolt a blower on and actually INCREASE your 0-60 times while you sit and spin, and that isn't helped any by making the nose heavier with the power-adder components.

I'd get the car set up to launch hard out of the dig before I complicated matters with a power-adder.

Gears and drag radials are the best combo for good 0-60 times. With a horrible 2.3 60', my cobra does 0-60 in 4.6XX seconds on street tires with intake exhaust and 4.10's. It makes 1-2nd gears rocketlike...i can only imagine what my time would be if I got good traction.

Thanks for the replies so far...so in other words, get my driving down pat with suspension and gearing and then add the power adder...new question : What is a good sticky tire aside from the Nittos if I don't want to run drag radials on a daily driver? Thanks

You can go with a wider setup out back for more footprint if you want to keep a tire with more tread for the street, and it will look better too

Something to go with that wide 99+ @ss, you know.

Since my car came with the Anthracite Bullitts, I just bought a pair of 17x10.5 deep dish that matched and shoed up 315s. So I can go with stock all 'round or put the wide shoes back there when I want 'em.

I also have 17x9 Cobras as a full set of spares. <-- This is another way to go if you want *everything* wider and even size for straight-up rotations.
