I've got a 00 Gt with BBK CAI and MagnaFlow Catbacks on the car.

What should i do next?

I must be able to get it from jegs LOL cause i want to get whatever i can tomorrow since im in columbus!!

I want to be able to still use reg. fuel call me cheap but thats why i sold my 3rd Gen. Rx-7.

I was thinking bbk headers until i found out how hard it was.

Im thinking about tuner, high flow cat, throttle body, tb and plenum or some pullies i dunno what one is the easiest to install and will stay within my guide lines and still give me a good power increase?

If you really insist on sticking with regular grade fuel, then I would say the
tuner won't do much as one of it's major features is to allow your car to
run on premium fuel and thus being able to run with more timing. I myself
would think your best bet would be the underdrive pullies. All the other
mods you mention will add minimal HP. But the nicer sound of a performance
exhaust is always nice.

Welcome to Stangnet.
If you are only buying from Jegs than a GMS plenum and
70mm BBK throttle body,BBK underdrive pulleys,and a
Predator programmer would be a good bang for the buck.
You should be able to install them with basic hand tools.
The Predator is just plug and play.
Cool what mods did you have on your 3rd gen. RX7?
Just wondering?
Good luck tomarrow! :nice:

Do not ever mention that company around here

GMS :notnice: hell they have been sucking for a long long time.. I remember when they had the only product ever tested in GMHTP magazine that LOST HP.. If the magazines can't even fudge someting good to say about your product then you must REALLY SUCK.

how about the LCA's they make that break in half? those are real nice.

I am not surprised tom had somthing to say about GMS, them and SHM are his favortie companies..

Thanks for the info.

My 3rd Gen Rx-7 was highly modified LOL

Greddy T-78 Single Turbo W/ t-88 hot side
Greddy 2-Row front mount intercooler
Griffin Radiator
XS ignition
1680CC Secondary Fuel Injectors
Custon Secondary Fuel Rail
Apex'i PowerFC
Pettit Underdrive pulleys
Greddy Elbow
Greddy Boost Controller
3'' Downpipe, midpipe, catback w/ 5'' tip

I was running only 14psi on the stock motor still (never blew so never ported) 400RWHP 327RWTQ car was capable of 500+rwhp with ported motor.

Put it this way it would destroy my mustang and lots of other mustangs i've seen at drap race and road course

I loved the car but i love my mustang too and the mustang is more pratical so thats why i bought it. Back seat better gas mileage and a good amout of power to boot

I was in the same boat like 5months ago with my 00. im currently running
Ported and polished upper intake
FIPK 2 K&N kit
Pypes o/r X
Flowmaster 40s
BBK underdrives
Denso Iridium Power (1 step colder)

Looking to add:
75mm TB
Plasma Booster
Xcalibrator tuner
4.10 gears
3,000 stall TC
and i really should look into getting some tires that will hook better than Kumho Extsa Supra 712

I put on a 75mm BBK Throttle Body and BBK Plenum. The intake is louder for sure, it changed the exhaust note slightly for the better, and throttle responce is better. Power gains im sure there are some there and i can't completely tell but it feels like i've got some more power up top and it revs through a lil easier.

Keeping in mind this is my daily driver that i want to keep reliable, get decent gas mileage, but still producing power.

I'm thinking about some pullies but they might be a bitch to install.

How much farther can i push it on reg. gas and maintaining daily driveablity and reliablity?

Really nice set up! :nice:
I think if you would have ported it you would be streching the limits of
the stock motor.
Anyways yes get gears like FRPP 3.73's they are worth every Penny on
are cars. The install is a PITB though but, it is worth it.
