01 Cobra & 00 GT Fuel Pump/Bucket

Were the 01 Cobra Fuel Pump, sender & bucket the same as the 2000 GT? I'm going to replace my Walbro pump w/ an aviator pump and I found a deal on a 01 Cobra fuel pump assembly including the bucket/sender. I was wondering if I installed the Aviator pump in this bucket would it be a direct replacement for my '00 unit?

Follow up: The '01 Cobra is the same bucket and sender as the '00 GT. Found the whole assembly for $50 on E-bay (New). Replaced the pump with an Aviator pump - direct fit, absolutely perfect and simple. Whole thing under $240.00.

I have heard the Aviator pump is enough pump for up to 500 RWHP, so I'm hoping this thing will support a Novi-2000, P & P heads, blower cams, etc....

If it has the ability to do it, it is absolutely the easiest upgrade out there.
