Ok guys I am flirting with the idea of Getting nitrous installed on my Cobra. Well the guy that does all the work on my car said that it would not be the best idea b/c of the high compression of my engin. But i really want nitrous. The most i would ever run would be a 100 shot and it would be a wet kit that will be tuned and everything. Help me out guys.

you should be ok with a 100 shot. I would say 125 would the borderline.

One thing though, you might want to get a dry kit instead of a wet kit. Its easier and less dangerous. Puddling can destroy an engine .

Also the main thing you want to emphasize, is, set the kit up correctly, make sure your are getting enough fuel when spraying, and get a good, safe tune (spark, a/f).

I heard that dry kits are more dangerous than wet as long as you get the wet kit tuned, and i heard that they also make a product to eliminate puddling? Am i right?

I've had a 100 shot of NX on my '01 Cobra for about a month or two now and I'm loving it. I put some colder plugs on it and thats about it. The guys at Dallas Mustang told me that with our 4 valve setups that it's not that bad. It's just when people bump it up to a 150-200 shot is when things start messin up.
Also, it's how you use it. If you flip that switch eveytime you see a car you want to race, then it won't last long. I just raced one the fastest cars around where I live and I actually beat him, so that shows me that theres not too many people that will take me out. Knowing that, I try not to use it all the time. I say go with NX, You'll love it!!

I had a friend with a 150 shot using the NXT system (I think)...just make sure you get it tuned and that the fuel pump can keep up. The stock injectors should be fine. Car had the Nitrous for 2 years with no problems...car is sold now.
