a friend of mine has a 01 cobra convert when he starts it the o/d light comes on and it runs like crap he then shuts it off and restarts it and its fine this has happened a few times lately. no codes come up no check engine nothing any ideas?
And O/D light means that overdrive is not enabled on an AUTO car. No 01 Cobras are auto. He/You may be referring to the traction control light which looks like a spinning donut. When that light is illuminated the computer reduces timing, cuts fuel, and applies the rear brakes to help keep traction.
