Recently in the mornings or when my car sits for long periods in the cold it won't start. It will crank over but not fire. Usually after about thirty minutes later it will but last night it did not. Any suggestions?
In the OP he stated that it cranks just like normal but wont fire. When its cranking does it almost fire but not quite or does it feel like it is cranking and that is it ? Has the fuel filter ever been changed, how many miles are on the car ? When it does actually fire up does it run just like normal ?
You need to figure out if this is a fuel or spark problem. You might want to invest in one of those in line spark plug testers. I know you have COP ignition but I think you can still get them to fit.
