Hi guys i have a 01 GT 4.10 gear, just wondering at 70 miles per hr what rpm are you running. At 70 i am just above 3000 and at 50 i am at 1900 both of these speeds are in 5th gear with a 3650 trans and my mileage now sucks
In a sense you are correct, but looking at Tremec's website, there are different 5th gear ratios for the 3650. My old 2000 GT with the T-45 was pulling 2000 rpm at 70 mph with the stock 3.27s. My 2002 GT pulls 2000 rpms at ~74-75 mph with the stock rear. That would make me think that my 5th gear is not the .67 but rather the .62.
I used to have a link to the website to calculate all this but not anymore. Maybe its in the sticky.
Thanks guys I went back to my tuner and we looked at my chip and the chip had the problem, he flashed it and tweeked it a bit and now it's dead on, at 70 i am running now about 2600 rpms. thanks for all the input....
