I was looking at www.gefracing.com (probably the site referenced earlier, but all I got was a page not found) and they have the B and C springs. I see they have different spring ratings for the fronts but lower the car the same. What does the spring rating mean?

I think these will be comparable to Eibach Sportlines. Fairly aggressive drop.

This will lower your car 1" and is designed by Ford specifically for your car. The system costs a reasonable $435 from www.fordracingparts.com and you can probably find it cheaper if you shop around. You are probably thinking "why replace the shocks also?". Because the stockers are f'n CRAP...

suspension is my next upgrade...just looking for some springs also like this guy.

3 choices to choose from:
FRPP "B" Springs
FRPP "C" Springs
Steeda Sport Springs

Whats the difference between the FRPP B and C springs?

and the fact that the FRPP are a hell of alot cheaper make it more appealing

KwikSilver, are you using your factory shocks with the B springs?

THe B and C front springs have slightly different spring rates. I think the C's are a bit stiffer than the B's.
