I have a 01 gt motor and trans I put in my 00 roller. Everything is wired up and ready to go, I get a crank no start with no anti theft light coming on. The anti theft light shows up when i turn the key to on position but turn off after like 3 seconds. I got no spark at no 1 plug and i do have fuel pressure at the rail. I did use the 01 gt harness and used it as plug and play not too sure if that is my problem. I had the roller out for a little bit with the hood lob sided and moisture may have gotten on the main plug as well as a few others. Where can I check besides obviously cleaning them out. I used QD electric cleaner on all the pigtails. Not too sure what to check next and help would be great

This is good. Likely means PATS is OK.

It would be handy to know:
  • There is confirmed key on 12 volts at each COP
  • There is confirmed key on 12 volt at each fuel injector.
  • Using a "noid" style test light, confirm that there's a fuel injector "pulse" during cranking.
Here's some more information that may help.

Do you have an ODB2 scanner? It could provide a huge leg up on this problem.

While working on your car have you ever wanted: to find an ODB2 operational PID value (say fuel pressure or MAF)? How about graph a PID value over time? Or compare multiple PID's over time? Access a bi-directional PCM control such as test a...

Ok I checked for voltage and had none so I decided to check the crank sensor and lord behold somehow the wires came exposed and were touching. Figured it shorted the sensor so i replaced it and fired right up.
