what kind of parts? if your talking engine swap then yes its very hard and will be a big headache but if the wrecked gt is still in decent condition then you have a great oportunity. just beware that nearly the entire gt will need to be swapped into your v6 not just the engine and tranny. good luck

^ yup.

If you want the engine... well good luck with that one, it'd be easier if you just swaped in a 4.2 stroker. If you want body parts and other random pieces i'd say go for it, but if it's the engine you're after then you'd better be carefull.

Some of it depends on your experience. Even more depends on your garage and tools. If you're like my parents and the only specialty tool you own is an oil filter wrench, it'd be cheaper to buy a GT and sell your V6. If you own everything you'll need you're way ahead of the game.

Either way, if you're looking to gain experience, a project like this could be priceless. Just my opinion though.
