My seals have been weathered over time (since 2002.) they don't leak, but the wing catches through, and my front seal where the top closes, rattles. I am 90% sure this means they need to be replaced. If I get them replaced will it be easy? Quick? Or a whole, "to do," and expensive?

I haven't done most of mine yet, but the biggest problem I have found was getting the right parts. About 3 or 4 years ago I ordered and sent back 3 different parts from Late Model Restoration and never did get the right one for the a-pillars and window top. The non-Fox resto stuff seemed to be confusing for them, but it has been a few years and hopefully that isn't an issue any more. In general replacing weather striping isn't hard, just tedious and fiddly. And the parts NEVER come with instructions

(my Mustang stopped being my DD so I haven't worried as much about seals since the car only comes out of the garage on days I can put the top down )

edit to add: Late Model Restoration has updated their website and the SN95 'vert stuff looks like it is the right stuff now.

DD? I know it is my primary car and I feel I gotta get these fixed, along with my belt. I just don't want to go to the dealership and pay $145 just for an assesment etc.

Wow! Expensive! $50 for each segment! And the segments don't even come in pairs! So 6x50 not to mention the seperate piece for the windshield. Gonna have to wait til xmas.
