This is for all 03-04' owners. I have recently discovered that I have water/moisture in my drivers side foglight. I know a guy with an 03' and he pointed it out to me and said he had the same problem and knows 5 other 03-04' owners who have also had the problem. This is not a major problem and should be fixed under warranty, so all with the 03-04's should take a look to see if you got it also. One owner didn't realize till late and the glass cracked during the winter. Just giving everyone a heads up.

Ford has this problem with just about all their vehicles. If the fog lights don't hold moisture its the headlamps or both of them or even the tail lamps. They still need to tighten up the quality down in old mexico.

If you want it fixed under warranty you'd better get it under the primary. The extended Ford warranties don't cover "water leaks".

I had mine replaced as well. Common problem, take it in as a warranty item.

I have an early build 03 Cobra and have had both forlights replaced for leaks. Drivers side twice and passenger side three times. All good for the last year though. Maybe they fixed the problem and I just kept getting older ones until the supply line had emptied.

Happened in my 01. Actually had water, not condensation, it was halfway full. I removed, dried it, and put silicone around it. Never happened again.
