Can someone please provide me with the part numbers or casting numbers for the 2 alternator brackets on the 03 Cobra? I'm having a hell of a time locating them because the Ford catalogs seem to be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
What were the previous wrong parts numbers. I am trying to look at the parts catalog from my house and it will not give me a picture of an 03 cobra setup. Also the it gives me four different parts numbers for the two brackets.
I will go ahead and put up the parts numbers I have and hopefully you can narrow down which ones are correct.
2R3Z-10153-BA Top bracket
2R3Z-10153-CA Support bracket (I personally think these are wrong)
These are the other numbers for the two brackets which I think may be correct:
2R3Z-10A313-AB
2R3Z-10A313-BA
10A313-BA looks to be the correct part according to FPN. I managed to get the casting number from someone and FPN was able to cross it over. The 10153-CA is incorrect even though it claims to be the support bracket. It is something entirely different. 10153-BA is 1 of the alternator brackets, but it's the lower one, not the top one like it claims. Man, Ford really screwed up these brackets...
