The actual HP gain depends on what other supporting mods you have.

A 2.93 (there is no 2.90 as far as I know) will make approximately 14.2lbs of boost and the 2.80 makes 15.0lbs.

Run with what meat said. Make sure you read the link he posted. Good info in there. From what I have seen, a 2.93 pulley with CAI, and Catback usually nets people about 440-450hp and 440-450tq. Mind you, those are just rough averages of #'s I have seen in the past. With a good tune those are ballpark #'s for you.

All of the above are correct. I made 452 RWHP and 479 RWTQ with a Reichard 2.9 pulley, all mods are in my signature.

with a 2.8, Borla Stinger catback, and a SP cone filter I made 472/484. I saw 14 psi.

After my port and a JLT, full exhaust my psi dropped to 13, but made more power and peaked sooner.
