For thoes that are intrested, we have the head pulled off my cobra now and found out that none of the pistons in the left bank have been hurt at all. Lots of people said the whole block was probably shot / pistons were burned / etc.
Here are some pictures, oh and we had a small accident with a shelf falling in our shop and antifreeze getting splashed all over the place so excuse the green crap.

Also, I submitted some feedback to Ford via planetfeedback.com about the 03 cobra stall issue, when they called me back, I found out the car is still under full warranty from ford, and the rep said they would have replaced the head, but if they found out it wasn't the valveguide problem then i would pay for the whole swap out of pocket because of the chip.
