I am swapping in a 03 cobra motor into my 97 GT. I know I have to upgrade my fuel pumps but I was wondering if any of you know what would be the best size and brand pump to go with.

You should try and get a set of the original dual 03/04 Cobra pumps and a 03/04 Cobra fuel tank. If you plan on upping the boost on the motor or expect to put down 500+RWHP in the near future you may want to also look at dual Focus pumps and/or a KB BAP.
