03 cobra.. worth it?

So i found an 03 cobra where i live for $16,500 it has 34,000 miles on it but it has a rebuilt title cus it was hit in the rear quarter panel and the wheel was busted off, but it has all been fixed. it has full exhaust, a pulley, big throttle body, and some supporting mods he says. so my question is is it worth the 16,500 and he also will take the best offer so what should i offer?

16.5K for a salvage titled Terminator? I'd be a little leary personally. They're not much more than that for one with a good title!

true, atleast 20k for good stuff

Plus you are going to have trouble financing a salvage title (if you choose that route) and most likely difficulties with insurance

ya it is a little much for a salvaged car, but he sold it out from under me. so now im buying a 96 mystic cobra for $9500
