Hey Guys,

Just have a quick question, i am installing my new clear foglights tonight, and i was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks on how to get the front bumper off, i tried to do them with the bumper on and its really a pain in the butt, so i figured i would just take the afternoon and do it long way.

Thanks for the help!

Kramer

I have taken my foglights in/out with the bumper on the car. Its not hard if you jack the front and lay on your back...

Yeah i was actually able to get the old ones out just fine but then the metal clips that need to be taken off the old ones and put on the new ones i was having a hard time with, so i was thinking if i could get the bumper off it would make things a little easier.

The bumper cover is very easy to remove. Just a few screws and trim fasteners.

My friend did mine on his lift at work and it was a piece of cake. They were replaced within minutes. I think if you jack it up so you can get behind them you will be fine.

Taking off the bumper is easy but it probably involves a little more work than just leaving the bumper on - as the bolts holding the rivets on are high up in the fender, so you really have to get your arm way up there. As said just jack up the front end and put it on jackstands and you should have plenty of clearance.
