Hello, I currently own a 06 Mustang. I love to drive it but the only problem is that is only has a v6 and does not stand out in a crowd. I have been looking at the different mustangs out there and I have feel in love with the Roush series.

I am currently looking at buying a 05 or 06 roush stage 1 mustang from a dealership in AL. The sticker price is $34k I believe, my question is how much is a reasonable price to pay for this car. I would hope I could bring it home for at least $31k or less; from everyones exp. do dealers not wheel-and-deel with Roush mustangs.

The problem is I live in southeast AL in the Ft. Rucker area. The closest dealer that sells Roush’s is in the Birmingham area about 3 hours away (I did check Roush site for dealership location my zip code is 36330). I have not seen Roush mustangs in this area to compare pricing too; this is why I came to this forum to ask you all. Now if I can only find a new Roush stage 1 for less then 30k within about 200 miles of me I would by and drive it home like within the month. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for all the help!

Last time I was at the roush ford dealership they were selling roush sports (basically the roush stage I but with the regular 17" GT rims/tires) for $34,000. The stage I was around $38,000. So it seems like your getting a fair deal but it wouldnt hurt to try and talk them down futher :)

Thunderstruck: I live in Bessemer, AL, and Town & Country Ford is the only dealership around here with Roush Mustangs. Adamson is the ONLY Saleen Dealership, and Town & Country is the ONLY Roush Dealership.

I was considering a Roush back before I bought my GT. Most of the Roush's back then were about $38K, so $34K is a hell of a deal. That's just my Opinion!

I went to Town & Country the other day and looked at some really Sweet Roush's! You can't beat $34K for a New Roush!!! Good Price! :nice:

I paid $32K for my GT after all of the Paperwork; I love my 'Stang!!! :D
You can't go wrong with the Roush's!!!! :nice:

I live 3 minutes away from Town & Country; send me a Personal Message, and I will go look at some for you this weekend; it would save you a 3-hour trip...

I just checked-out the LOT for you.

They have one on the LOT that meets your specs with:
It comes with 20" Chrome Wheels (The fit the Car really well; I didn't even notice that they were 20's) :D
It has the Sport Package (Custom Dual Exhaust, Racer Stripes, Roush Interior Trim, Roush Gauge Clusters, Quarter Window Louvers, Roush Manual Pedal Kit, Hood Scoop.)
The Salesman told me that it possesses about 320 HP. It lists for $39K, but the salesman told me that he would lower the price after speaking with you.

Let me know if you need any other info. or if you want the Sales Rep's Contact Info.

They even have a Stage 3 Roush w/ 415 HP. It is Torch Red w/ Black Stripes; it is listed for a little over $40K; it is so sweet!!!!

Yeah, the Stage 3 Looks AWESOME!!! :D

srothfuss: Why do you have to hold-out for one more year?

Pay off my Jeep, trade it in towards the Stage 3, buy a new car for the wife and then keep her old Sebring to drive around in the winter with. :p Next year, I'll be doing the car shuffle.

:flag: for now, I will just keep drooling when I drive by the Roush dealer on my way to work every day.
