i was thinking the same thing the other day when i looked at my brothers car. he has the 94-95 real saleen wheels on his fox, and i thought if he put newer wheels on a older car why can't i? The lug pattern has to be diffrent though.
Bolt pattern is the same, but the offset is way different. I think they'd stick under the fenders approx 3/4" or so more than our stock wheels do now and wouldn't look good.
I know there is a company making replicas of them, maybe they have the correct offset. I've loved every saleen wheel until these.
