I found one cheap. Its not the shaker. just the regular one ford uses.

can i use this in my 88 mustang? i already have a really cheap aftermarket radio but i like the factory style radios so much better. will it fit and what modifications must i do?

I am sure that you could have a really kick ass radio for the money it would take you to install that one.

that may be a pain in the *** to install......im not sure but i think you need the amp and everything that went with that radio...be easier to throw in an aftermarket radio..

i have a friend who was able to install this but it wasn't in a mustang i will work it does not need the amps.of course if you go with aftermarket speakers you'd be better off than stock speakers anyway.i posted a few days ago that if anyone had installed one in a mustang and got no responses.a friend has a 2005 and i measured the radio and it will fit but you will have to remove the bracket in the back, go ahead and install it and post some pics. i will be looking around in the junkyards locally myself for one .
