The Borla Cat-back exhaust is not too loud or bothersome to most people. I am 48, but still like a bit more growl from my GT. Good luck!

Corsa's exhaust is about as stock at idle as I found and it makes a exotic race car type sound in the upper rpm range. I would check out their website as it has great sound clips. It's a "adult quiet" exhaust...

thats still a lotmore than m willign to spend on a fathers day present. for that price i can get a C&L w/ diablo.

what can you do to these motors toher than CAI/tune or exhaust? the corsa X pipe is cheap, but replacing the factory X pipe with stokc headers/axleback is pointless.

Pullies and charge motion delete plates are about it for simple, lower priced mods when it comes to engine go fast goodies. Quiet exhaust is hard to come by with cheaper systems.

being a 55year old man i would leave the mufflers alone.but i would by the c&l aircleaner with a ex2 tuner, put in 3.73 gears and he will love it .call doug at bamachips and he will fix you up.i also deleted the motion plates or what ever they are called but thats something that seems to help at the upper rpm range so that going to depend on how he drives the car.i would get rid of them but thats my opinion.
