06 mustang reading p0353 code

I currently changed the spark plugs on my s197 and started to get a misfire code for cylinder 2. I replaced the coil packs with brand new msd street fire coil packs. Since my car is now reading p0353 code. I am curious if this code is for a certain cylinder or coil pack.

Is this code cylinder specific?

That would be a P0300 followed by a number, such as P0301, 302, etc. Random misfire. The 353 apparently has to do with the coils.
