i need to chang out my diff in my 06 mustang to get the gears out and i cant get it out is there any one who nows how or can give me a web site on how to thanks
you have to pull the wheels, calipers, diff cover, c-clips on the axles, then the axles. then you remove the bolts the carrier and it should slide out. i have some pics of it on an 8.8, should give you an idea on yours. let me know where to send them to and i will email them to you. I may post in this thread as well with a few of them, but i have the entire gear swap in pics.
