My brother has an 06 Roush with 8400 miles on it Just put another set of Pilot
ps2's on it. Because the entire inside edge of the tires on both front tires was into the wire. Outside edges look fine. But when i called the dealership they said its messed up due to light curbing of the rims. I call BS. Is there any articles out there about this being a common factory problem .

The wear was completely inside identical on both sides it would be a mirracle if he were able to tap both sides equally as hard.

On top of that they went flat within one day of each other.

Any information i can shove in dealers face would be greatly Apreciated because they want to charge us 600 to fix the problem.

How many miles should we get out of Pilot PS2 275/40/18 on average driving.

I have 22,xxx on mine and that's with quite a few track runs and quite a few burnouts too. I'm not down the wire yet...just need another tire rotation hehe.

Sounds to me like the camber is too far negative, and whom ever installed the suspension and did the alignment at Roush did not set the camber correctly. I wouldnt even waste my time with the dealer... I would call Roush directly. Hopefully you saved the old tires, because without them you don't have a leg to stand on.

toe-out in front could also cause the inside to wear very poorly. I went through some S-03's 'cause of toe-out. Sounds like an alignment is needed.
