07 GT seat belt latch replacement

Hello,
I need to replace the driver side seat belt latch. It seems to be an easy job, remove the seat, unbolt the old latch and disconnect the wiring, reverse the process for the new one. I've done this on old cars but not new ones. Is it this simple or is there something I should be aware of?

I have taken the seat out if it before, although I didn't consider anything about an airbag. It didn't go off if it had one but I don't think it does. I had to take it out because the seat would only move forward and not backward. It was at the point where only a very small person could have driven it. I couldn't drive it somewhere to get it fixed. I had to take the seat by itself somewhere to be fixed.
