1/4 times with 2.73 gears.Whats yours?

Just wondering what people are getting for 1/4 time while still running 2.73's. don't forget to mention mods. I'm currently running consistent 14.1's with 2.1-2.2 60ft. times.
stock heads and intake(both ported) b-cam and Jacobs ignition. 3300lbs

hey kyle, never heard why they made you shut off the bottle on your last trip to the track? are you changing gears before the turbo set up?

roached1: i ran 14.1@97 with my 10.5cobra r's runnin 285kumhos all stock. my 60ft times were close to yours, i think i dipped into the 1.9's though. good luck with everything. btw i loved my 2.73's, like 2500rpm @100mph kicks ass. one of the reasons i went with my D&D Viper Spec T56 was b/c i hated the rpms i ran when i switched to 3.73's (with the t5 of course). i only made 3 passes with those gears before i granaded my t5 on street tires with a frpp 340bhp 302, boltons and full exhaust ([email protected]). i have yet to run my car with the t56 but i cant wait. oh and with the current 3.73 6-speed set up things are back to the way i like them, 2600rpm@100mph in 6th gear.
i just eat up the highway.

it was slightly illegal the way i had it mounted.....it was in my backseat

with the turbo i am building the rear with 3.27s. But when it first comes out on the road in the spring it will have the stock rear in it for a few weeks.

well i learned something new today, i thought stock gear was 3.08 . best run so far [email protected] with a 2.429 60'. i need practice

My friends full weight 90GT ran 14.13 @ 99.8 with a 2.2 60' with stock 2.73's, 17" street tires, mac longtubes, offroad H, flowmasters and pulleys. Thats with subs in the trunk, a stock shifter and clutch too

I went 14.02 @ 98 with 3.08's in my cobra. exhaust and ud pullies only, on street tires and pulled a 2.03 short time.

I think most automatics were 3.08's but I'm not sure

nice to see all the low 14's my best run ever was 13.98 at 102 on a nice chilly night. but again 14.1's consitently. most stockers I've seen are running low 15's high 14's. Ford C springs make up my suspension as well as stock cobra front struts and mach1's in the rear. Springs definetly are not helping my launches...

that was only my third time going ever. the first to times before were minus the H/C. best run was a 14.2@99 2.3 60'. i either spin or bog every run.

Most are 3.27's, which is still doggy. I couldn't imagine having 2.73 like I have heard some of the foxes had in an auto.
