I know someone asked this question a while back, but I did a search and could not find it. :SNSign:

If they are of decent quality those would be a steal. I was looking into getting the Roush pre painted louvers. They run $386, seeing these has me seriously reconsidering that. Also I love the FULL painted mirror cover they sell. I don't at all care for the other ones I've seen that only cover a portion of the mirror.

I agree completely. I was just hoping to hear from someone to see if they are actually as good as they look.

The look good but would like to hear from someone who has them. I am getting the Classic Design Concept louvers. My paint guy wants $150 to paint them and from what I have discovered that's considered a reasonable price for a good job.
These are a bargain if they are of good quality and the paint is also of good quality.

I have the 3dCarbon louvers. It seems the ones on ebay are pretty much a copy of them. The 3dCarbon are pretty good quality but they are not perfect (the paintshop guy probably didn't spend too much time sanding them). They look fine unless you look really really close. I have high res pics. I'll try to resize them for ya.

It would be tempting for sure...less than $200 painted... I know I've wasted $200 on way worse things before in my life.

Thanks Mr. Castle. The 3dcarbon ones don't have openings, do they?

The Classic Design louvers are open so you have some visibility.
This may be a dumb question, but in the first thumbnail the louvers look like they are going the wrong way???

Does that mean you have them? Or do you just not like the openings based on the pic?

I'm waiting to see if someone comes out w/ qtr louvers in the '67-'68 fbk style, as '68 fbk is still my fav year and body style of 'Stang, and part of the reason I bought an S197.

I went with the Roush louvers...had my guy sand and paint them...look fantastic...the plus about the Roush over the others is that Roush are removeable...for cleaning, the others, once you put em on, thats it. Plus I think the Roush are the best quality I've seen...I've seen quite a few different styles at shows.

Same here... just waiting on the pre-painted pricing before I pre-order.
