I just took the Nx kit to the track. Althought I gained 35hp and 100rwtq over my old Dry kit my times were not much better.
My 60' dropped to 1.83(wet) from 2.05(DRY)
My time was a 8.21 at 85.6 mph(wet). Dry I ran a 8.35 I cant remember the mph.
The car hit like a cannon off the line but halfway through 2nd and throughtout the run (automatic with stock gears) it seemed run ok but not like the launch. The plugs looked great and I played slightly with the fuel jets with no improvement.
My question; the wet kit hits hard off the line but seems to ease off on the top end. My old Dry kit didnt hit as hard off the line but ran very well on the top end. Do i need to adjust my A/f ratio on the wet kit or is the difference between a wet and a dry kit;ie... does a dry kit runs better on the top end???
