you have to change the ups shipping in the toggle menu to fedex day or whatever the one with 4.95 is behind it

Millatime hit the nail on the head...the free ground shipping applies to Fed Ex Ground, so that must be selected when checking out.

Ok, I'm trying to set up an account so I can take advantage of this discount, but when I click on "Secure Registration" I get a message that I need to complete all required fields even though they are. I get the same message even when I click on the "Standard Server" link. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? I really want to use the discount while it's still good.

Crap. I placed a nice order on there last week. One thing about Partshopper, they sure take their time shipping your order. The current discount and the shipping costs kind of make up for the pace, however...
